Frequently asked questions
General
- 01Check-in from 15:00 - 23:00. Check-out at 12pm. Early check-in is subject to availability. If you require late check-in, please contact front desk prior to your arrival.
- 02As we are a small size boutique resort, our reception operating hours are from 07:00 - 23:00.
- 03Buffet/a la carte breakfast is from 07:00 - 10:30 AM.
- 04Guests can enjoy on-site free parking.
- 05Our restaurant is open from 11:00 AM - 21:00. While the kitchen closes at 21:00, guests are welcome to stay and enjoy drinks into the late evening.
- 06No smoking in rooms. No pets allowed on property. Please reduce noise levels after 22:00.
- 07Flexible Rate A deposit of THB 2,000 is required to confirm each booking. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date (by 15:00) are fully refundable. Non-Refundable Rate Bookings made under the non-refundable rate are not eligible for cancellation or refund. However, date changes are permitted, provided that the new dates are of the same rate or higher. Any difference in room rate is applied. The full amount will be charged at the time of booking. Please note: payments are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
